CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES

The school does very well in co–curricular activities. It has won several trophies and awards within the zonal, divisional, district and provincial level. The school boasts of the best athletes, volleyball, netball and handball players in the division.

ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE

The general academic performance at Bomu Primary School is wanting however; the school also produces some of the best students in the division who get places in provincial and district schools. The poor performance is due is due to the fact that most of the learners absent themselves from school due to the following reasons:

• to help ran errands for their parents,
• truancy
• poor health
• lack of interest.
• Poverty

We have put in place guidance and counseling sessions to cater for such special cases.
